Druidston Haven
A secluded long sandy beach enclosed on three sides by steep cliffs. There are some spectacular cliff formations, natural arches and caves to the north of the main beach. Overlooking the beach is The Druidstone, a wonderful little hotel that is very popular for food & accommodation.
Breaking Light
It was one of those days when the weather couldn't make up its mind when I took this. I had been on Druidston for a while and just as I was considering a slow walk back to the car the light broke over the bay, highlighting the oil tankers out in St Brides Bay.
The light went almost as quickly as it came and then the rain set in, so it was more of a very quick walk, almost a sprint, back to the car.
