A wide sandy bay backed by dunes that lead from The National Trust owned Bosherston Lily ponds. Offshore is a dramatically-shaped limestone stack known as Church Rock.

One very windy winters afternoon I ventured down to Broad Haven to be confronted by some of the largest waves I'd seen around around here for some time.
Here you can see the limestone stack, known as Church Rock, being pounded by the waves.
